seca 217 Portable Stadiometer height measuring device for children
This modularly built height measuring device for children stands for durability and mobility. The product can be assembled simply and quickly, stands independently and is stable. This makes the seca 217 the ideal aid for ambulant applications, for instance, for examination within schools or in developing countries. The challenge of this design was to develop a product which is constructed as simply as possible and which can be operated as simply and accurately as possible. The product can be stored and transported compactly as well as well protected in the accompanying bag.
Business of Design Week (BODW) in Hong Kong from 8th to13th of December
Our managing director Wolfram Peters Wolfram Peters will be giving a lecture for the BoDW forum. This forum is the main event of the biggest design, fashion and architecture occasion in Asia, where the best of the international design branch gather. This year, as an official “partner country” of the BoDW, the Netherlands will be organizing many of the events. The BoDW forum comprises various stages with top speakers from all over the world. Furthermore, there will be a big Holland pavilion on the IDT EXPO fair. In smaller halls, companies will organize workshops as well as pitches, and there will be a matchmaking program for Dutch designers and design offices. State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Frank Heemskerk, guides the delegation to open doors for the Dutch creative sector in Hong Kong.
