signposting
One of npk’s specialities is signposting. A new design has been generated for the ANWB signs for the Dutch national road network . The design contains all graphic elements, the typography (designed by Gerard Unger), renewed pictograms, open arrow shapes for indication, and a restructuring of the information.
The new design has led to more balanced signs, so that the information is clearer and more easily legible.
