Selectra XL analyser
Vital Scientific’s Selectra XL is a clinical chemistry analyser that tests blood or urine samples for various substances, enzymes, medicine medication levels, or drugs. The system is used by hospitals, small laboratories and also by institutions such as prisons. The analyser and the peripheral devices that are normally situated around the appliance have been integrated to form a solitary product so that the entire system can be moved as a single unit. The processing speed is an astonishing 480 tests per hour.
npk was responsible for the design, engineering and prototyping of the mainframe and the housing. The layout of components was established in close co-operation with Vital Scientific. npk products supplies the complete frames, panels and worktop.
