seca 285 was developed as part of the seca system, which connects different medical devices via a wireless network. The measuring devices transmit their data in a network and can communicate with a wireless printer or PC software. The seca 285 station allows medical weighing and height measuring simultaneously, combining two devices into one unifying product design. The aim of the design language is to create a bright, welcoming „measuring space" and to accentuate functional areas. The measured data are instantly displayed on the additional screen, which can be moved to any position along the rod that suits the physician best.
