More than 10 years ago we developed the beltpack intercom for Quail. It is still successful, but there was a need for an all-in-one product. This new wireless intercom headset is designed for commercial applications and heavy use, particularly in large supermarkets, fast food and drive-thru restaurants. Communication, productivity and customer service, conducted with the help of this product, becomes significantly faster and more efficient. The headset features a more compact format than the beltpack, has simple and reliable operation and it is equipped with smaller electronics and an integrated battery. npk also designed the accessories that come with the headset: a charger for the battery pack and the base station, a central unit with which all the headsets at a location communicate.
